Google is THE search engine (for now) that most of you most probably mostly use most of the day. It has image search, AI (I don’t know but I don’t have that, lucky for me) that gives responses that make no sense… it has everything. Tons of ads, more ads, advertisements, ads again, sponsored ads, ads, google ad- y- you get the idea. I hate it because of its ads. NEXT!
Bing (Burn it in fire)
Bing – Microsoft’s search engine. same as google, but it has Microsoft Rewards, which gets you gift cards. Burn it in fire
DuckDuckGo (or DDG for short)
DDG is a search engine that is based on bing (btw most search engines are based on it) that has AI assist and chat (that works for me), A++ Customisation like Vivaldi (I made body font Poppins on ddg) and uh.. search results. it has search results. BROTHER I CAN’T SAY STUFF ABOUT A SEARCH ENGINE
Ecosia
Ecosia is an “eco” search engine. *Allegedly* for every search, a tree gets planted. Sweet! I’m not sure if I should believe this or not, but eh?
Yahoo (who even uses that)
Yahoo is now just for email but who has a yahoo email nowadays anyways?
Brave Search
Brave’s Search engine, with its own search results, not based on google, bing or yahoo. It’s shit. It’s results are mostly crap.
Qwant
French search engine. Idk much of it. now cry abt it. really cool, really good. Also has a Qwant Junior thing for kids. It’s only in French sadly.
Startpage
Startpage is a search engine focused too on privacy, that has a “enter anonymous mode” button below each link. It’s kinda like tor browser but web
Yandex
Russian spy (Russian search engine. browser has some ai features)
Baidu
Chinese spy (chinese engine)
SearX/SearXNG
Uh.. idk how to explain it. Open-source ig. Uhh.. you can make your own search engine with this.
